Will the number of students not dwindle even more? Freshmen coming into college will see $30,000 in room and board. Juniors that are transferring in will go to a college that won’t require them to pay $10,000 because of such a policy. Yes, I understand that there is a reason and need for the policy change. However, I think other areas should be addressed. This one policy students too much in a negative way.
