Student wins national poetry contest
Junior English major Andy Tennant won first place in a national poetry contest this past week. Competing against students in ivy league schools and such, Tennant’s collection of ten poems called “Where You See Angels all Over” won the Edna Meudt Memorial Award from the National Federation of State Poetry Societies.

A Smashing Success: Corban Experience 2011
On Sunday, November 13, over 130 prospective high school students arrived at Corban University for the semi-annual Corban Experience. The weekend also featured two of Corban's most popular events, the Pumpkin Smash and the Battle of the Bands.
