RA Alaina Goodwin
Hometown?
North Bend, Oregon, “though I have also lived in Texas, Arkansas and Mississippi.”
Major?
Double major: Language Arts Education and English
Favorite College memory?
“My favorite memory would be doing RA training this year and realizing that our team is a bunch of quirky derps. We all work together super well despite any differences we may have, and our meetings are always filled with laughter.”
If you were an animal what animal would you be and why?
“I think I am an antelope. Sometimes, the inner me is meek and mild like a deer, but on the outside I can get a little wild, and run free through the savannah. While their speed may not necessarily reflect me physically, I believe I embody their speed in my intellectual wit and prowess.”
What does a Christian community look like to you?
“It is a place where people can be vulnerable and know that they will be pushed towards living a holier life. There is genuine lightheartedness that results from the freedom of knowing God’s unfailing love.”
What is your favorite PVG memory?
“It would have to be freshman year when the huge blizzard came and we were snowed in. Everyone was going crazy and having spontaneous fun in the snow. We made snow angels, had snowball fights and made snow cones, then everyone camped out in the lobby.”
RA Justin Holden

Olympia, WA
What is your major?
Exercise Science
Favorite dorm memory?
“Avatar season finisher!”
If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
“I would be a lemur, because it has uncanny amount of energy, but still dresses up in the blacks and whites!”
What does a Christian community look like to you?
“I see a Christian community being a place of honesty, where love is achieved through intentional conversation about how to live a life honoring to each other and God with joy and peace being evident in the lives of those who are a part of it.”
What is your favorite PVG memory?
“Night of hall hanging out! Adams ribs, arcade, and then a sweet NBA Jam tournament!”
